At Laxmi Enterprises, we are a wholesale supplier. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product is received damaged, defective, or if the wrong item has been supplied.
• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect order placed by the customer
• Used or damaged products caused after delivery
• Clearance or customized products

Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
